Questions you may have.

Learn French with pleasure

Find answers to frequently asked questions here to get the information you need quickly.

01 How does a course with you work?

Lessons are usually on Zoom, and I send a link a few minutes before each lesson.

You can have the lesson on your computer, tablet or cell phone. I share my screen so we can see each other and see the lesson, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation rules at the same time.

At the end of each lesson, I send you a summary of what you’ve seen, and you can also record the lesson. We focus mainly on the oral part, but I also give written exercises depending on your objective.

02 How do I book a course?

Visit our Course fees page and choose the right course for you according to your level and availability.

03 What levels are offered?

We offer lessons for all levels from beginner to advanced.

04 Can I book a trial lesson?

Yes, contact me using the form to arrange a time and day.

05 Do I need to buy materials (books, CDs, etc.)?

No. I supply everything you need.

06 Which payment methods do you accept?

If you’d like to try a class with me, simply head to the Course Fees page and fill out the contact form so we can arrange a day and time. Once that’s set, just click on the product to be directed to the shop. Payments are securely processed through WooPayments.

Payment is made before the start of the course.

07 Can I cancel a class?

Yes and no.

It’s possible for private lessons. You can cancel a lesson if you give me more than 24 hours’ notice. This lesson will be rescheduled for another date.

There are no cancellations for group classes. If you are absent, you will receive the ZOOM recording of the course + the Word file with all the notions seen.
